Mark Lelliott is Founding Partner, Chairman and the principal architect of ARBITER™ Leadership Technologies Pty Ltd and Managing partner, Asia Pacific, of the Executive Search firm, NGS Global.
Mr. Lelliott has over 25 years of executive board, leadership advisory and assessment, team development, and executive experience developed as a result of consulting to a wide range of Private Sector, Public Sector and For Purpose organisations internationally.
Incorporated in 2008 the Arbiter Leadership Technologies platform has been developed to leverage the lessons learned by Mr Lelliott and his founding Partners in the development and application of a leadership and management assessment services and programs focused on Board Member, Executives Leadership and Executive Team Development.
Mr. Lelliott has completed numerous corporate assignments within Australia, the Asia Pacific region, Europe and the Americas. His management consulting experience covers public and private sector companies, ranging from ASX Top 50 and Fortune 500, to early stage/post IPO businesses, service providers and professional services firms.
Mr Lelliott commenced his career with an international trading house East Asiatic and has held senior Marketing, General Management and Board roles in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, apparel, retail and technology sectors prior to embarking on a career in professional services. He has held domestic and international roles at CEO and Director level in divisional and subsidiary operations of Australian, Scandinavian, British and American enterprises
Mr Lelliott has worked at both Partner and Chairman level in International firms which include Korn Ferry, Highland Partners, EWK International.

Mr Lelliott holds business qualifications from Monash and Stanford Universities.
Dr Marianne Broadbent is a Founding Partner of ARBITER™ Leadership Technologies Pty Ltd and a Managing partner, Asia Pacific, of the Executive Search firm, NGS Global.
Dr Broadbent has been working in leadership, management and strategy areas for over 25 years, with a particular emphasis working with organisations to shape and develop their strategic executive and team capabilities. Her background includes both global business executive roles and top-level Business School leadership. She previously served in two global roles at Gartner, Inc., the world’s leading technology and digital advisory services firm. She was Senior Vice President for New Product Development, and a key executive in the turnaround of the performance of Gartner’s Research business. Earlier she was Group Vice President for Gartner’s CIO Executive Programs where she led the global team responsible for developing practice-based advice and research for executives, and was a member of the executive team that sustained growth of 25-50 percent per year for five years.
Dr. Broadbent has been Associate Dean and Chair of Management at Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne, visiting researcher at Boston University’s School of Management. She is a Distinguished Academic Fellow of Melbourne Business School. Her ground -breaking industry focused research and insights have been widely published. She is the author of two Harvard Business School Press best sellers, and author of the recently published The Agile Executive: Embracing Career Risks and Rewards.
Dr Broadbent is a Managing Partner, Asia Pacific, of the executive search firm NGS Global.
Dr. Broadbent holds a Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Education from University of Sydney, a Master of Arts from Macquarie University, an A.Mus.A. (AMEB) and a PhD from Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Library and Information Association and is a member of the Board of The Conversation Media Group.

Mr. Spencer has over 18 years of leadership advisory and assessment experience in facilitating individual executive and team development. He provides consulting advice and services to a wide range of organisations.

Mr. Spencer’s earlier career was in human resources management, initially in the manufacturing sector, and subsequently in the resources sector, and then technology. His main focus was organisation and leadership development, change management, resource and succession planning on an international basis.
Mr. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, and Graduate Diplomas in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Victoria University.
Grant Nichol is a Partner with ARBITER™ Leadership Technologies Pty Ltd and a Managing partner, Asia Pacific, of the Executive Search firm, NGS Global.
Mr Nichol has over 25 years executive leadership assessment and advisory experience including individual and team assessment and development technologies and programs with a broad range of clients in the public and private sectors.
Mr Nichol commenced his career as a clinical and consulting psychologist and has gone on to apply many of these assessment technologies to corporate organisational settings (Many well-known organisational assessment instruments were originally developed for clinical applications and have later been further developed and adjusted for use at the organisational executive level). Mr Nichol has worked with Arbiter leadership technologies for seven years. He has been a major contributor to Arbiter’s progressive evolution and broad application across a range of major government and private sector organisations including some longitudinal programs spanning over 5 years.
Mr Nichol has worked at a senior management (psychologist) level in government (Victorian Health Department) as well as Director with KPMG and Korn Ferry. Mr Nichol is a Managing Partner, Asia Pacific, of the Executive Search firm NGS Global.
Mr Nichol holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Masters in Clinical Psychology, and MBA. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
